We’re looking for a confident, proactive Special Events Coordinator who knows how to take charge and make things happen. If you have a strong personality, love managing details, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

-Coordinate meeting and event reservations, set-ups, and logistics
-Handle room bookings, special events, and client communications
-Meet with clients (in-person/virtually), manage room layouts, and use tools like Excel, PDF editors, and Lucidchart
-Serve as the go-to liaison between teams (A/V, Engineering, Catering, etc.)
-Provide top-notch service while solving problems on the fly
-Physical work is part of the job — moving tables, setting up rooms, lifting up to 50 lbs

What You Bring:

-A strong, take-charge attitude with excellent communication skills
-Experience with Microsoft Office and a knack for quick learning
-Flexibility, independence, and a team-first mindset
-Great organization and customer service skills
-High school diploma or equivalent
