We are seeking a results-driven Controller to join our dynamic Client Advisory Services (CAS) team. In this leadership role, you will be the strategic financial partner for a diverse portfolio of clients—delivering tailored financial reporting, insights, and advisory services that drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do

Client-Facing Responsibilities:
Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients to understand their business goals and financial needs

Lead the preparation and delivery of financial reporting packages, forecasts, and custom financial analyses

Present key financial deliverables and insights during regular client meetings

Deliver strategic advisory services to improve clients’ financial health and decision-making

Enhance internal control systems to support compliance and financial integrity

Provide oversight for indirect tax compliance, as needed

Internal Leadership:

Lead and manage a high-performing team of internal and offshore accountants

Partner across teams to ensure seamless, integrated services for clients

Support internal scheduling and resource planning

Identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements

Stay current on evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA preferred

5–7 years of progressive accounting experience

Background in public accounting and corporate finance is a plus

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and other ERP systems is a plus

Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects

Willingness to travel to client sites and work overtime as needed

Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
