We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Front Office professional to join our patient registration team. If you have experience in a medical office or hospital admitting environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients with professionalism and care
Verify insurance and billing information accurately
Maintain patient records and ensure data integrity
Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume health care facility or medical office
Strong computer and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent (continuing education preferred)
Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred
Insurance and billing experience required
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to off-site locations (Outpatient only)
Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin a must
