Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Dress Code: Business Casual (black sneakers and jeans without holes allowed)

As a Mailroom Specialist, you’ll provide key services in copy/print production, mailroom operations, package handling, and customer support. This role requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume copy and print equipment; perform binding and finishing tasks
Sort, scan, and distribute mail and packages; apply postage and handle shipments
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to internal legal teams
Maintain copier equipment and perform minor repairs and troubleshooting
Handle confidential legal documents with the highest quality and discretion
Perform reception, light maintenance, and meeting room set-up tasks as needed
Support file conversions, FTP transfers, OCR, and document formatting tasks
Use office tools including shrink-wrap machines, bindery tools, scanners, fax machines, and postage meters
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of related work experience
At least 2 years of experience in a legal environment strongly preferred
Strong customer service, phone etiquette, and communication skills
Experience with copy/print production and mailroom operations preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (some package receiving involved)
Familiarity with cost recovery, document management, and workflow tools helpful
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
