We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Processing a high volume of inventory and operational invoices using 3-way matching, ensuring accurate coding to General Ledger accounts.
* Resolving discrepancies with sourcing teams, preventing duplicate payments with regional counterparts, and maintaining professional vendor communication.
* Additional duties include managing the AP ledger, vendor master file, generating reports, assisting with month-end close, preparing bank reconciliations, and supporting ad-hoc finance tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2–4+ years of AP or finance experience.
* Proficient in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite or Oracle, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
