We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to execute a full spectrum of finance-related tasks—including procurement support, vendor & contract management, invoice reviews, revenue recognition, expense reporting—and to serve as an embedded finance partner across product lines and departments.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Procurement: Create POs, code non-PO invoices, facilitate timely invoice processing, and uphold accurate financial reporting.
Accounting & Close: Lead the month-end close process by managing accruals and analyzing variance drivers.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Own annual budget cycles, develop rolling forecasts, perform variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
FP&A Reporting: Ensure all transactions are coded correctly to support meaningful reporting, and leverage data to guide business decisions.
Process Improvement: Design, simplify, and automate finance/payment workflows; collaborate on system enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with product lines and departments to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks, recommend mitigations, support internal controls and compliance.
Revenue & Invoicing: Manage billing processes, collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure timely revenue recognition.
Project Leadership: Lead initiatives to simplify manual processes, test system features, and support user acceptance.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5?+ years of progressive accounting or FP&A experience (ideally in a hybrid or full accounting manager role).
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel modeling.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Understands GAAP, internal controls, and revenue recognition rules
