Immediate opportunity available for a Senior level Administrative Assistant with prior experience supporting departments in a healthcare setting. This position will report directly to the chair of a department in a hospital setting and duties will include the following:
-Calendaring
-Coordination of virtual and in-person meetings
-Preparation of presentation materials
-Some travel coordination
-Preparation of expense reports
-Coordination of catering/lunches
-Additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience performing the duties outlined above
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
