Position Overview: Escalations Representative
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 – 4:00 PM (some days may need to go till 5 CT for phone coverage)
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262
Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days remote)
The training timeline is 6-8 weeks
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension.
Pay Rate: $25.69 per hour

PROJECT DETAILS
This contractor will be supporting an escalation team within enterprise complaints and product services to perform intake duties on complaints and capture regulatory reporting elements as needed.

DUTIES
– Take inbound customer calls and transfer them to the corresponding research team
– Gather customer data and ensure it is captured accurately
– Minor Data analysis
– Provide white glove customer service

NOTE: We will not assist in carrying any trading licenses due to this position not requiring any licensing

TOP SKILLS
– Previous brokerage/ FINRA experience* (6 months to 1 year of experience)
– MS outlook and basic computer skills
– Communication skills – (professionalism, customer service skills, and empathy
