Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Manager

Full-Time

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AP/AR Manager to oversee and streamline our payables and receivables operations. This is a key leadership role ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial transactions, supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily AP/AR operations and team members

Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts

Review and analyze financial data, transactions, and reports

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients

Implement efficient processes and internal controls to optimize cash flow

Prepare audit-ready financial records in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
