We’re Hiring: Sales Administrator
Location: Richmond Hill (Highway 7 & Leslie)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% Onsite)
Salary: $55,000–$60,000/year (based on experience)
Benefits: After 3 months + RRSP contributions + Vacation (2 weeks to start; 3 weeks after 1 year)

Are you an experienced and organized administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive role? We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our growing team and support our Sales Department with a range of key administrative tasks.

This is a full-time, in-office position with a well-established company offering long-term stability and an excellent work environment.

What You Bring:
3–5 years of experience in an administrative support role
Prior experience supporting a sales team or department
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

?? Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Department
Prepare and review service agreements and transmittals for new service accounts
Update customer database with account changes and service renewals
Monitor contract expirations and initiate renewal processes
Participate in weekly operations meetings and manage action items
Track inspection and consultant reports, ensuring timely progress
Generate weekly and monthly reports (sales, callbacks, maintenance, etc.)
Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and general sales inquiries
Manage subscriptions to tendering platforms and prepare proposal bids
Oversee administration of vendor portals
Issue purchase orders for sales, service, and construction departments
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
