Job Title: Queue Management Specialist (Contract – On-Site)
Location: Marinette, WI
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour
Contract Duration: Through January 2026
About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Queue Management Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a well-established manufacturing organization. In this critical support role, you’ll manage product support cases related to specialized mechanical and fire protection systems, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction across North America and Latin America.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and maintain the daily case queues for your assigned product area (Water Mechanical or Special Hazards)
Work on-site Monday through Friday to ensure all cases are addressed and cleared by end of day
Reassign cases to appropriate business segments as needed
Collaborate on improvements to streamline queue management processes
How You’ll Succeed:
Use internal databases and tools to manage, prioritize, and allocate queue items effectively
Verify availability and ensure accuracy using ERP systems
Communicate regularly with internal teams to provide updates and flag concerns
Escalate urgent or time-sensitive orders to your supervisor or manager promptly
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with queue management or similar case coordination work
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay calm and dependable under pressure
Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with inventory or order management systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
