We’re a multinational company looking for a Business Tax Specialist to join our Finance team. This role focuses on U.S. corporate and indirect tax compliance, including sales/use tax, excise tax, 1099 reporting, and working with external tax firms. You’ll also support international tax planning and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

File sales/use tax, excise tax, and 1099s across multiple states

Ensure tax compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Communicate tax guidelines and deadlines to internal teams

Maintain and update tax software and compliance procedures

Support audits, tax notices, and external filings

Assist with international tax planning and transfer pricing

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Tax, or related field

3+ years of corporate tax experience (multi-entity or Big Four preferred)

Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations

Experience with Avalara, Vertex, or similar tools

CPA, EA, or MST a plus

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Mandarin language skills a plus
