Job Title: Document Scanning Specialist
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Cranberry Township, PA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Document Scanning Specialist. This position focuses on preparing and scanning documents, including sorting, separating, and organizing files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal interaction, and comfortable with repetitive tasks while seated for most of the day.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Pay rate: $ 18/hr
Responsibilities:
- Sort, separate, and prep documents for scanning
- Operate scanning equipment and computers
- Maintain document order and quality control
- Work independently with limited supervision
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred
- Basic PC proficiency and organizational skills
- Familiarity with office machines (scanners, copiers, etc.)
