Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid – Anchor Days: Wednesday to Friday)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Job Overview:

Responsible for researching internal systems and reports in response to levies and other legal matters. Handles in-depth financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, general ledger reconciliation, account adjustments, payment posting, and W-8/W-9 documentation. Reviews documents and contacts clients to resolve Client Identification Program (CIP) alerts.

Main Responsibilities:

Searches databases and reports to investigate client relationships in response to legal matters.
Identifies and resolves client-related issues within defined guidelines.
Posts, research, and balances the legal ledger.
Completes all time-sensitive and deadline-driven tasks.
Works collaboratively with internal and external clients/partners.
Understands banking, accounting, and reconciliation practices.
Aims to gain proficiency across all job functions.
Generates, creates, and presents formal reports.
Proactively evaluates client needs and escalates complex issues to experts or supervisors.
