Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team in Compton. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts in accordance with technical specifications and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Mill machines
Interpret blueprints and job orders to determine machine setup and production methods
Select, install, and align appropriate tools and fixtures
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating CNC Mill machines
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Aerospace experience
