?? About the Role:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Office Manager who can take the reins and ensure our day-to-day operations are running like clockwork. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, takes ownership, and knows how to keep an office humming.

If you speak Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean fluently in addition to English — that’s a big plus! We’re a diverse team that values clear communication with both coworkers and clients.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right person.

?? What You’ll Do:
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations

Manage schedules, supply orders, and internal communications

Support HR with onboarding, time tracking, and basic recordkeeping

Communicate with vendors and external partners

Serve as a cultural bridge with clients and team members in Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean

Keep the workspace organized, upbeat, and efficient

? What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in office administration or office management

Bilingual in English + Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean

Excellent organization and communication skills

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general office technology

Friendly, adaptable, and dependable — you’re the go-to person everyone trusts
