As a Regional Supervisor, you’ll lead multiple restaurant teams to deliver top-notch service, boost profits, and keep operations running smoothly across your territory. With $85k–$100k DOE, a company vehicle, and mostly field time visiting stores, you’ll be the hands-on leader driving success on the ground. Bilingual Spanish is a plus! Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll coach managers, enforce quality and safety standards, and ignite a “can-do” culture that hits sales and customer experience goals every time.
