Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial sewing machines—single-needle, serge/overlock, walking foot—for stitching, assembling, and reinforcing heavy-duty materials like nylon and Cordura
Follow sewing patterns and tech packs to maintain product consistency and quality
Handle heavy textiles with precision, ensuring clean seams, proper alignment, and high-quality workmanship
Perform basic machine setup and adjustments, including threading, tension settings, and stitch selection
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform routine machine maintenance (e.g., oiling, needle changes)
Collaborate with team members, following production schedules and fulfilling daily output
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for precision sewing and willingness to learn industrial techniques
Ability to work with heavy-duty fabrics (e.g. Cordura, ballistic nylon, webbing)
Punctual, dependable, and capable of following detailed instructions
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
Willingness to participate in on-the-job training—no prior experience required!
