* Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1-2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources department.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Working knowledge of HRIS systems(ex. Paychex Flex).

HIGHLY PREFERRED:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Previous nonprofit experience.
* Bilingual Spanish.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT AR NOT LIMITED TO:
* Providing administrative support to the HR department.
* Assisting with planning employee trainings and engagement events.
* Supporting payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation processes.
* Manage purchase orders and help prepare for audits.
* Collaborating with other departments to support HR initiatives.
