Position Overview
This position is responsible for imaging, validating, and redacting contract data in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves troubleshooting system issues and escalating them to Account Servicing Operations (ASO) management and Travel + Leisure Co. (T+L) IT support. The individual is expected to remain current on corporate and departmental policies, maintain confidentiality, and support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be detailed, accurate, and thorough.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Deadline-oriented with strong drive and initiative.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Job Experience:
2 years of general office experience preferred.
Relevant experience may substitute education requirements unless legally mandated.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Timely and accurately image, redact, and validate contract documents into the imaging system for all products. (65%)
Research and resolve system issues within Datacap (Imaging) system. (10%)
Log all contracts scanned and tasks completed daily. (10%)
Research and report daily and weekly dashboards. (5%)
Maintain scanner equipment and escalate issues to vendors as needed. (5%)
Perform other duties as assigned. (5%)
