Although this position is listed as a temporary position until end of Feb 2026 they are in growth mode so a very good possibility it could turn into a permanent position. Job Description Core Duties
- Distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate training sessions for technicians
- Manage uniform inventory, distribution, and replacements
- Reconcile Home Depot purchases and maintain accurate records
- Process and track employee expense reimbursements
- Oversee water treatment responsibilities
- Maintain and update Report Card Data, including:
o 2-Minute Minder
o Tools
o Consumables
o Driver safety
o Weekly tailgate
o Training tracker
- Track AQMD compliance and refrigerant usage
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of service process
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills and ability to resolve issues
- COINS ERP system is HIGHLY desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office
