We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our recycling operations. In this role, you’ll assist with site preparation and cleanup, handle materials, operate tools like balers, and occasionally perform tasks on light construction sites—all while maintaining high standards of safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the warehouse site: clean equipment, machinery, and facility.

Load and unload recyclable materials (cans, bottles, cardboard)—primarily using a forklift. Forklift experience is a plus; on-site training provided.

Operate tools such as baler machines and forklifts once trained.

Sort, organize, and store recyclable materials; occasionally handle chemicals like diesel and propane safely.

Maintain safety standards, assist other warehouse workers, and perform general labor tasks.

Support basic construction-related duties as needed (e.g. site prep or cleanup).

Qualifications
Must-Have:

High level of reliability; ability to work flexible shifts between early morning and early evening.

Weekend availability required.

Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and lifting up to 50?lbs. regularly.

Strong safety awareness and ability to work collaboratively.

Basic communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Previous forklift operation experience or certification.

Experience with equipment like balers or pallet jacks.
