AppleOne is proud to present:
We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Mailroom Specialist to support our operations at a client location in St. Louis. This individual will be responsible for high-volume mail sorting, document imaging, scanning, and general office support services. This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking up to 1 mile daily, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Location: 8455 University Palace Dr., St. Louis, MO 63121
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Interview Type: In-Person
Dress Code: Business casual + comfortable shoes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and document imaging systems
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
  • Maintain and troubleshoot copier equipment; clear jams and restock supplies
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal staff
  • Perform routine office support: supply distribution, shipping/receiving, faxing, filing, and equipment logs
  • Set up meeting rooms and assist with minor building support tasks
  • Perform occasional bindery and document finishing work
  • Travel between buildings on campus if required

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 1–2 years of related experience in mailroom, copy services, or administrative support
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk as part of daily duties
  • Familiarity with MS Office, office machines, and imaging software
  • Valid driver’s license
