Job Title: Print Production Specialist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Marlborough, MA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support daily print and bindery operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior print production experience and be comfortable operating various bindery equipment while handling frequent outbound shipments (boxes up to 50 lbs each).

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $20.86/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and learn to operate a variety of bindery and print equipment
  • Manage daily outbound print shipments
  • Prioritize tasks as priorities shift throughout the day
  • Maintain organization and provide excellent customer service

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience in print production or a related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Adobe software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with physical activity including lifting, standing, and walking
