Job Title: Print Production Specialist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Marlborough, MA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support daily print and bindery operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior print production experience and be comfortable operating various bindery equipment while handling frequent outbound shipments (boxes up to 50 lbs each).
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $20.86/hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate and learn to operate a variety of bindery and print equipment
- Manage daily outbound print shipments
- Prioritize tasks as priorities shift throughout the day
- Maintain organization and provide excellent customer service
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in print production or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Adobe software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with physical activity including lifting, standing, and walking
