Your role

As a Territory Manager, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and the territory for this position is California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.

You will:

  • Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
  • Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
  • Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

To succeed, you will need

To be successful in this position, you should have the following:

  • Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum five years related outside sales experience, including plant experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Canned Motor and/or Mag Drive- Centrifugal pumps
  • Knowledgeable in positive displacement metering pumps
  • Experience presenting to customer
  • Ability to travel 60

This role is fully remote; however, the preferred location is in California.
