seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This individual will provide exceptional support to attorneys and business professionals by managing conference room bookings, front desk operations, office communications, and hospitality needs.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced legal environment.

?? Pay Rate: $19–$21/hour
?? Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors and employees professionally and courteously
  • Manage conference room scheduling and ensure spaces are prepared with supplies, beverages, or video conferencing as needed
  • Handle daily office email communications and internal announcements
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette
  • Order food and beverages for meetings; provide light hospitality support
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks including document preparation, calendar management, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain lobby appearance and overall organization of the front office area
  • Serve as the go-to concierge for guests and staff, offering recommendations and local guidance
  • Build strong relationships with attorneys, staff, and clients
  • Assist with light lifting (up to 20 lbs) and occasional errands within the office
  • Engage in firm-sponsored events, service initiatives, and special projects
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of business/administrative experience; legal or law firm background strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
  • Fast learner, proactive, and dependable
  • Comfortable with occasional physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 20 lbs)
