We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Aerospace Inventory Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of aerospace components and materials. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports production and maintenance operations, and maintains compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
3+ years experience with:
-Manage inventory transactions, cycle counts, and physical audits to maintain high inventory accuracy
-Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of aerospace parts, tools, and supplies
-Implement and maintain ERP/MRP inventory systems for real-time tracking and reporting
-Coordinate material flow to production and maintenance teams to prevent delays
-Monitor stock levels and reorder critical items to maintain optimal inventory levels
-Ensure compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, ITAR, EAR) and safety standards
-Supervise shipping and receiving operations, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
-Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to manage nonconforming materials
-Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and on-time shipments
-Train and supervise inventory personnel and enforce standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications
-Associate or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
-Familiarity with regulatory compliance (ITAR, FAA, OSHA)
-Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
