Now Hiring: Program Supervisor– Community Wellness Programs
We’re looking for a candidate with strong experience in:
Leading and supporting teams
Overseeing program operations and implementation
Engaging with clients and building community partnerships
Managing reports, documentation, and compliance requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, public health, social work, or related field
3+ years of experience working with culturally diverse adults from underserved communities
Experience supervising staff or volunteers in community-based programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Spanish
This job requires a valid CA driver’s license and have reliable transportation. CPR/First Aid certification a plus
