Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources? We’re seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team and help us build a positive and productive workplace. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for many HR functions, from supporting our employees to ensuring we stay compliant with labor laws.

What You’ll Do:
Support the Employee Lifecycle

Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, post open positions, and assist with the interview process.

Onboarding: Administer background checks, verify eligibility, and help new hires feel welcome by implementing our orientation and recognition programs.

Employee Relations: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee questions and concerns. You’ll also assist with investigations and other sensitive matters, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.

Benefits & Administration: Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, claims, and updates. You’ll also handle tasks related to leave, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Ensure Compliance and Best Practices

Legal Expertise: Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. You’ll assist in maintaining compliance with everything from I-9 documentation to EEO initiatives.

Policy Development: Help shape our workplace culture by reviewing and recommending policies that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

HR Systems: Act as our HRIS system administrator, ensuring accurate data and leveraging technology to streamline processes.

Manage Key HR Functions

Training & Development: Support the creation of training materials and skill tests.

Health & Safety: Handle workers’ compensation claims, analyze accident reports, and help departments identify trends and improve safety procedures.

Administrative Tasks: Handle a variety of administrative duties, including preparing HR documents and participating in company-sponsored events and job fairs.

What We’re Looking For:
A proactive and organized individual with excellent attention to detail.

A strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and a willingness to stay current with new HR technologies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
