Immediate need for a Jr. Estimator at this high-end Building Materials company. In this position you will be responsible for the following:

· Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope and project requirements

· Assist in quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for supply, fabrication, and installation

· Prepare RFQs and communicate with vendors for pricing on materials and subcontracted services

· Organize and maintain estimating documentation, bid files, and project history records

· Attend job walks or site visits as needed to support scope evaluation

· Support the preparation of proposals and bid packages for clients

· Collaborate with internal departments including sales, procurement, and project management to ensure alignment

· Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and project delivery methods

Requirements:
-Prior experience working in construction with a high end building materials or architectural design firm ideal for success in this position

-· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
