We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative with order entry experience in the construction industry!
Position: Customer Service Rep
Location: Etobicoke
Pay Rate: 60-65K
Shift: 8AM-5:00PM
FULL IN OFFICE
Requirements:
Min 5+ Years of Customer Service/Order Entry experience
Duties:
Customer Service/Administration:
Answer and transfer calls and take messages.
Weekly coordination of mail and couriers (sorting/sending/receiving).
Provide support for the sales team and Branch Sales Manager.
Routine paperwork and filing as required.
Accurately enter data into the CRM (SalesForce) and Mainframe system.
Selling:
Enter orders and process credit card payments.
Assist the Sales team with inside sales and making sure data gets imputed into the CRM
Through telephone and email requests, assist with the preparation of and submit all components for timely and accurate product, technical, pricing information and quotes.
Work closely with the sales team to promptly follow-up on all sales leads.
Coordinate handling of customer inquiries and issues.
Cultivate and maintain professional working relationships with clients.
Operations:
Alert the purchasing department of low inventory items as noticed when processing orders.
Obtain freight rates and coordinate outbound LTL shipments.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule deliveries
Communication:
Ensure all written and oral communication with clients is accurate, effective, and professional.
