Job Title: Office Services Support

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Office Services Support. The role supports high-volume printing, binding, and document finishing in a legal office setting. Strong computer, organization, and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities also include office supply management and backup reception duties. The physical requirements for this role include being able to lift up to 50 pounds. There will be assistance available for lifting over 50 pounds.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $20.42 – $23/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform copy, mail, and print production tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Operate print equipment, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure all projects are completed on time
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience preferred
- Print production or copy center experience a plus
- Strong PC, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service abilities
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-energy environment
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. There will be assistance available for lifting over 50 pounds.
