Immediate need for senior property manager/commercial high rise seeking paid holidays, sick time, and vacation pay, 401 k and free parking . Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight

Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure timely collection of tenant payments

Oversee Accounts Payable processing and approvals

Track Tenant Improvements and Allowance Draws/Payments

Prepare annual operating budgets and quarterly reforecasts

Assist with lender reporting and variance analysis

Lease & Tenant Management

Abstract leases and input into Yardi system

Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and security deposit refunds

Support Lease Admin with CAM reconciliations and estimates

Maintain strong tenant relations and oversee tenant events

Operations & Compliance

Conduct monthly property inspections and oversee improvements

Ensure timely completion of mandated testing and emergency procedures

Negotiate and enforce vendor contracts

Oversee insurance compliance and building security protocols

Project Coordination

Assist with capital and renovation projects

Implement value-added programs to maximize NOI

Collaborate with engineers and vendors for project execution

?? Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in commercial high-rise property management (required)

Strong financial acumen including budgeting, reporting, and contract execution

Deep understanding of California Tenant/Landlord law

Experience managing office, medical, and retail tenants

Proficiency in Yardi, Avid, Angus Anywhere, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
