Job Title: Sales Lead Assignment & Analytics Assistant
Location: Tempe, AZ
Department: Small Business Sales / Analytics
Pay rate: $25.69/hr

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Analytics Assistant to support the Small Business Sales team at a leading banking institution. This role plays a key part in managing lead assignments, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting sales performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and track sales leads across teams using Excel and internal systems.
  • Maintain and update sales tracking spreadsheets and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and analysts via Microsoft Teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead progression.
  • Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing sales data for reporting and analysis.
  • Support the analytics team with administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance lead management and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, analytics, or administrative role—preferably in banking or financial services—is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data filtering).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
