Job Title: Mobility Sales Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC 28269
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $36k/year plus commission
The Mobility Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales for mobility related vehicles & adaptive equipment, creating relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service and support. This position involves the application of mobility equipment and for that, a full understanding of customer needs is essential, as well as a thorough understanding of conversion mobility capabilities.
Responsibility:
- Conduct customer consultations and test drives to assess mobility needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and adaptive equipment.
- Negotiate pricing/terms and close sales while coordinating vehicle customizations and adaptive equipment installations with service teams and vendors.
- Manage third-party funding and billing (VA, vocational rehab, disability boards): submit quotes for approval, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records, ensure regulatory/compliance accuracy, and provide ongoing customer support post-sale.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mobility equipment and adaptive driving solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
