This Technical Specialist Position Features:
Pay: $22.17/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Location: Parma OH
We are seeking reliable Technical Specialist to join our production team on the third shift. This role takes place in a warehouse environment and requires standing, walking, and physical activity throughout the shift. Training is provided for qualified candidates, with the potential for long-term employment based on attendance, attitude, and performance.
Responsibilities
Operate and assist with high-speed inserter machines
Load materials, clear jams, and tray finished pieces
Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of output
Assist with related warehouse and production tasks
Maintain clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and performance standards
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior warehouse or machine operation experience required
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Comfortable with repetitive physical activity (standing, bending, walking, twisting)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and push heavier loads on wheels
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email systems)
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
