We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. This role is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods, frequent lifting, and maintaining a fast work pace.
?? Location: 2499 New Point Pkwy, Suite 100 & 200, Lawrenceville, GA 30043
?? Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
?? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Parking: Free parking available
?? Dress Code: Weather-appropriate attire. No open-toed/heeled shoes (e.g., Crocs), no tank tops/halter tops, no cut-off jeans or clothing with holes, and no offensive or profane graphics.

Key Responsibilities
- Select products accurately from warehouse locations.
- Load outbound trailers safely and efficiently.
- Perform various warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, and material handling.
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and safety standards (training provided).
- Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
- Complete paperwork and ensure proper processing of orders.
- Meet productivity and quality standards as outlined by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Team Lead.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Strong reading, math, and basic writing skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be a team player with good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with exposure to noise, solvents, cleaners, and minor physical risks (cuts, burns, etc.).

Working Conditions
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse with varying temperatures.
- Frequent lifting (up to 75 lbs manually, and up to 700 lbs using wheeled equipment).
- Requires stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling to service equipment at floor level.
