MUST-HAVES:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in managing a team or leading collections efforts.
* Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, billing functions, and cash applications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and collection management systems.
HUGE PLUS:
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Knowledge of sales taxes (Avalara).
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Supervising, mentoring, and training a team of collectors, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance performance and develop growth.
* Leading in B2B collections efforts and maintaining strong relationship with the customers.
* Monitoring weekly AR aging reports, maintaining reminder letters, and ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Preparing and submitting weekly summary reports on past due accounts, identifying high-risk accounts for escalation.
