AppleOne is proud to present:
Join us as a 3D printing medical device team and help create products that improve lives. You’ll assist with additive manufacturing (AM) production systems, operate and maintain 3D printers, and support engineering and quality teams to ensure accurate, high-quality output. Training on company specific processes will be provided.
Location: 5575 Venture Drive, Unit A, Parma, OH 44130
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Interview Type: In-Person
Dress Code: Casual – Jeans/pants without holes, polos or plain T-shirts/sweatshirts, and closed-toe shoes

- Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily production tasks including 3D printing, finishing, quality checks, packaging, and shipping.
- Operate and maintain polymer-based 3D printers and related post-processing equipment.
- Work with CAD software to modify existing files and prepare jobs for production.
- Follow and help refine production workflows and quality standards (ISO 9001/13485, 21 CFR 820).
- Track inventory, document production activity, and assist with equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet deadlines and improve processes.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience with 3D printers or related technical degree/certificate (medical device or additive manufacturing experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with polymer-based 3D printing; metals experience a plus.
- Proficiency with CAD software and ability to modify existing files.
- Experience in ISO-regulated or FDA 21 CFR 820 environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (typically 20 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
