What You’ll Do:
Map and optimize forms for clients—know which forms are needed, when.
Streamline intake processes and improve workflow across teams.
Analyze legacy processes and drive modernization initiatives.
Collaborate across business and tech teams to make processes clear, efficient, and compliant.

What You Bring:
Experience in financial services, banking, or global regulatory environments.
Strong process design, documentation, and optimization skills.
Comfort translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

Bonus Points:
Experience with workflow tools or form management systems
Operations, compliance, or business analysis background
Knowledge of advisory services and client documentation
