Billing Specialist needed to join our Pleasanton office under the direction of the Billing Manager. This temp to hire role offers flexible hours (7am–4pm or 8am–5pm) and involves 70% billing tasks, 20% job setup and issue resolution, and 10% general accounting support.
Key responsibilities:
-Preparing monthly invoices
-Assisting project managers with cost reports and change orders
-Serving as backup across billing functions.
-3 years of billing/accounting experience
-Strong Excel skills
-Familiarity with ERP systems (J.D. Edwards, SAP, Oracle).
