Experienced Health Program Analyst / Management Analyst Needed

Are you passionate about improving community health outcomes and shaping impactful programs? We’re seeking a skilled Health Program Analyst/Management Analyst with strong expertise in budget management, financial reporting, and program evaluation to join our team in the social services sector.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of program development and oversight, ensuring effective operations, compliance, and fiscal responsibility. You’ll analyze budgets, prepare financial reports and forecasts, evaluate contracts, and support policy development to strengthen health-focused programs. Your work will directly support community initiatives, funding strategies, and the quality of services delivered.

Location: Hybrid – Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $40–$48/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daily hours pending)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze program budgets, financial performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct cost analysis, forecast revenue, and prepare detailed financial summaries.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate health programs, policies, and goals.
  • Assist with grants management, compliance, and reporting.
  • Evaluate contracts for service delivery, compliance, and budget alignment.
  • Gather and analyze program data, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Coordinate focus groups and engage with clients to improve quality of care.
  • Represent and advocate for client needs at hearings and meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and improve health or social service programs.
  • Experience with grant development and compliance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for social services and advancing community health initiatives.
