? Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
?? Pay: $70K – $75K DOE

Our client in the Bell area is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a manufacturing background to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small to mid-size company and is confident in running all HR functions as a one-person department reporting directly to the CFO.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll for 70 union employees using ADP WFN

Oversee benefits administration for 110 employees

Handle new hires, onboarding, terminations, and leaves

Conduct complaint investigations and ensure compliance with laws/regulations

Perform full audits on personnel files

? What we’re looking for:

Solid HR Generalist experience in manufacturing

Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred

Degree or HR certification a plus
