Sr. Engineering Tech

As a Sr. Engineering Tech here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective test engineering practices. You will manage and lead a team of test engineers, overseeing the execution of test plans and procedures. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be instrumental in developing and implementing test strategies to meet the highest standards of quality.

You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you will work out of our Torrance, CA location on a 2nd shift work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by collaborating with cross-functional teams as you work to define test requirements and specifications. By monitoring and analyzing test results, you will identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to our products. Your technical guidance and support will empower your team members to excel in their roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work to ensure the successful execution of test plans and procedures.
• Develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications.
• This role will work 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm

COMPENSATION

The annual compensation range for this position is $55,000 – $68,800. Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
