Contract: Temporary to Perm

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role supports daily front desk operations, phone system management, and mail handling using a postage machine. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $21/hr – $22/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception area and operate switchboard/phone system.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, including postage machine operation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
  • Maintain organized records and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members to support office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of reception or switchboard experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
