Bilingual Spanish Order Entry/accounting clerk. Seeking someone who can bring a dynamic and engaging presence to the role, as it requires regular interaction on the production floor with shift leads, the quality team, and quoters. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams are essential. Additionally, this position demands a high level of organizational capability, as it involves managing multiple priorities, staying on top of detailed tasks, and ensuring consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Montebello, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday through Friday)

Will be responsible for:
Office Assistant Duties:

  • Answer multi-line phone system, take messages, and transfer calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Perform heavy data entry with speed and accuracy.
  • Copy, scan, save, and organize documents electronically and physically.
  • Format and route documents through internal signature and approval processes.
  • File and retrieve materials in drawers, cabinets, and boxes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of filed and removed documents.
  • Locate and provide requested materials promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage general office tasks including mail handling, supply inventory, and clerical support.
  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.

Accounts Receivable Duties:

  • Generate and send accurate invoices in a timely manner.
  • Apply and track customer payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
  • Conduct follow-up communication on past due accounts.
  • Review and maintain accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
  • Assist with A/R support during month-end close processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or accounting preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support and/or logistics
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

*Bilingual Spanish

  • Experience with accounting software Sage BusinessWorks is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality.

Work Environment:
•Office-based role, Monday to Friday.
•May require occasional overtime during busy periods.
