Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Supervisor to lead a team of claims advisors who support customers affected by wildfires. This role ensures fast, compassionate, and accurate help during busy claim periods.
Main Duties
Oversee daily work of claims advisors at the support center
Make sure customers receive kind, correct, and prompt help
Track team performance and customer service quality
Coach and support staff, handle conflicts
Pass complex issues to the right internal teams
Work with leadership to meet service goals
Keep records of team actions and customer feedback
Follow safety, privacy, and utility rules
Required Qualifications
High school diploma (college degree preferred)
At least 2 years of experience supervising customer service teams
Strong leadership and coaching skills, especially in stressful situations
Great communication and people skills
Experience with vulnerable groups or emergency response
Comfortable using basic digital tools (like CRM systems)
Preferred Skills
Background in utilities, insurance, or healthcare
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
Knowledge of trauma-informed customer service
