AppleOne is proud to present:
We are seeking a results-driven, charismatic Sales Leader to join our Custom Installation (CI / CEDIA) and Pro AV team. You’ll lead growth across a designated U.S. territory, manage third-party sales reps, and travel extensively (up to 50%, often two weeks per month). If you’re a road warrior with energy, personality, and a passion for AV technology, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Cover your assigned territory—oversee and support third-party rep firms

Attend ~10 tradeshows annually and travel across the U.S. to build relationships

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with custom installers, integrators, buying groups

Strengthen dealer relationships through training, strategic initiatives, and technical support

Deliver project solutions: design specs, technical documentation, and compelling quotes

Manage and grow key house accounts consistently

Lead in-person & virtual product trainings for dealers

Work closely with inside sales to coordinate customer requests and improve responsiveness

Maintain and grow CRM pipeline with qualified leads

Report market trends, competitive intelligence, and account updates to VP of Sales

What We’re Looking For

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field — OR minimum 5 years’ sales experience (if no degree)

Strong experience in the custom installation / Pro AV / CI / CEDIA space

Existing relationships or reputation with custom installers, integrators, or dealer channel

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Deep channel knowledge—understand the marketplace and competing products

Organized, analytical, proactive, detail-oriented

Comfortable with intensive travel (often two weeks a month)

Self-motivated, energetic, and a personality that resonates in person and on stage
