Job Title: Office Services Specialist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Bellevue, WA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Office Services Specialist. This role requires an independent, detail-oriented professional to handle primary scanning operations and secondary reception/hospitality duties in a legal environment.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Pay rate: $24/hr
Responsibilities:
Primary – Scanning & Document Management
- Prepare, scan, and quality-check backfile records.
- Organize and prepare boxes for storage or transport.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide workflow and machine operation training as needed.
Secondary – Reception & Hospitality
- Greet visitors and employees professionally; serve as firm concierge.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies and technology.
- Answer phones and provide administrative support while maintaining firm etiquette.
- Assist with hospitality tasks such as coffee, beverages, and light housekeeping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years relevant experience, preferably in the legal industry.
- Experience operating advanced machinery and performing complex tasks.
- Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
- Ability to train others, set goals, and work independently.
