About the Role:
We are seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our office. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is organized and presentable.

Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination.

Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.

1+ year of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.

Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
